Vmware Vshpere 4 client errors on Windows 7 RC

I ran across this issue at a customers today. Trying to run the Vmware Vshpere 4.0 client on a windows 7 RC virtual machine.

When trying to start the client you get the following errors:
Error 2
Then after you click that

Error 1

After some research I found the following solution on The Vmware knowledge base.

A bit of a pain but if you are already bleeding on Windows 7 then you are probably used to these kinds of issues.

Double check the “Support the fault tolerant” – it would seem that it’ll unselect this option if you change ANY other option. At least it did on my last attempt to create a shared-disk cluster.
